Snow Ice – The “Must Try” dessert in Taiwan. We ordered Mango Snow Ice and Strawberry Snow Ice. The Ice is super soft, that’s why is called “snow”, melt in your mouth and it’s made by fresh mango and strawberry. Plus mango and strawberry ice cream, the best dessert for me in a hot summer day.

Shrimp fishing is very unique, you get to shrimp fishing within certain time limit then you can cook what you get from the pond.
